To order vouchers: Please have a look at our “Prices” page and choose from the options available and email us ([email protected]) to let us know what option you’d like to buy a gift voucher for & how many you’d like. We will then send you a payment link and once your payment is recieved, we will send the voucher over to you by email. They are valid to redeem for 12 months from date of purchase.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
2. To redeem your voucher you must book via email/booking form on this website and quote your voucher number. It is the recipient’s responsibility to use the voucher before the expiry date shown on the voucher. The date of the booking must be before the expiry date shown on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended or refunded.
3. The expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher may no longer be used after this date or to book a ride for after this date. The expiry date cannot be extended regardless of personal circumstances.
3. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for further gift vouchers.
4. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full on a single booking. No change is given and no balance is transferable.
5. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of booking and we reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
6. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded.
7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK.
COVID19 NOTICE:
Due to us having to close multiple times during corona (March, April & May 2020, November 2020 and January, February & March 2021), we understand customers who are in possession of vouchers may have been unable to use them. Therefore we will be automatically extending the expiry of all vouchers by the amount of time we have had to close for during their original validity period to allow for a full 12months’ opportunity for everyone to redeem their vouchers.
