THE OPTIONS ARE:
Option 1:
30mins riding + 15mins grooming & feeding carrots
£ 28 per child
Option 2:
45mins riding + 15mins grooming & feeding carrots
£ 41 per child

Attendees:
Please ask all parents of guests to drop their children off 10mins early so that your party can start on time. Unfortunately any lateness will eat into your party time as we run to a tight schedule. If any parents wish to stay and watch their children, a maximum of one adult spectator/parent is allowed to attend per child guest. Siblings or extra adults may not attend with guests. Please respect this rule.
Clothing:
Children attending should be dressed in long, comfy trousers such as leggings or jogging bottoms (skirts, dresses and shorts are not suitable!) and closed shoes such as boots, wellies or sturdy trainers (open-toe shoes/sandals/flip-flops are not suitable!). Please also advise guests that all children will need to wear helmets which are not designed to fit elaborate hairstyles or big hair accessories; a low ponytail or french plaits for guests with long hair are ideal. We will refuse guests who are dressed inappropriately to take part in the activities. If any parents plan to stay for the party, please advise them to wear wellies/boots they don’t mind getting dirty as the pony riding takes place in Ruislip woods where it is muddy.
Deposit and payment:
The remaining balance and confirmation of number of children attending is required 7 full days before the date of the party at minimum. If we have not received the remaining balance by the morning of the 7th day before your party, we will assume you no longer wish to go ahead with the party, it will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. If you do still wish to go ahead with the party, a late payment fee of £30 will be added. Once the number of children have been confirmed and paid for, the booking may not be changed and the payment is non refundable. In the event of a child not turning up on the day, someone else is welcome to take their place if they suit the size of the horse, however we will be unable to issue a refund. We are happy to go ahead whatever the weather, but If weather conditions on the day are very bad and you do not want to go ahead, please give us as much notice as you can if you wish to move the party to a different day. We will try our best to accommodate an alternative date and time that suits you but can not guarantee this.
Picnic area:
Use of the picnic area is included for up to a maximum of 45minutes after the children have finished the pony activities. We kindly request you bring bin bags with you and take all rubbish home with you, leaving the area as you found it. Most commonly forgotten items are bin bags, knife for cutting cake, lighter/matches for candles. Please remember to bring these on the day as we will not be able to provide you with these items. No party poppers, confetti or piñatas to be used in the picnic area please. Photo of picnic area for your reference:

- Minimum children required for a party is 7. The maximum we can accommodate is 14. We aim to get all children riding at the same time, however this is not always possible so have to do this in 2 parts
- We run 3 party slots each day on the weekends and during school holidays-start times at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
- Use of the outdoor picnic area is included with all party bookings with 9 or more riders, for a maximum of 45minutes after the children have finished the pony activities (less than 9 riders incurs a £20 fee). You may use this area to have snacks/cake which you will have to arrange yourself, we do not provide any food. You must bring bin bags and take away all your rubbish with you.
- Parents/ spectators who would like to walk along while the children are riding will need to wear wellies/walking boots they don’t mind getting muddy. One non-riding parent/adult/spectator is allowed to attend per riding child. We will not allow more spectators to attend than the number of children attending.
